Our customer service is staffed 9:00am to 6:00 pm EST Monday through Saturday. We understand how demanding the shoppers at both formalwear and bridal shops can be, and everyday we strive to be as easy and accomodating as possible. |
| Customization | Every item in the Hand-Strung Collection can be customized by length, color and plating. We are also able to add or remove parts in most pieces. For plus-size stores and bridal shops, the ability for us to customize lengths is extremely valuable. Extenders are not used with our beaded jewelry - we will make the piece longer (or shorter) by assembling it from scratch. There is no additional charge for custom colors. |

Placing Orders
If you currently have an account with us and would like to place an order, please call 1-800-3-GIAVAN or fax your order to 201-337-1314. If you are ordering a beaded item, please specify crystal and pearl colors, and silver or gold findings. If you are ordering a bracelet or necklace, specify the length as well. Standard length is 7" on bracelets and 16" on most necklaces.
